Refund Policy
This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for services provided by Angry Panda Systems. Specific terms may also be agreed in your service agreement.
Free consultation
The initial discovery call is free of charge and carries no obligation. No payment is required to book or attend it.
Project and service work
Where work is agreed and payment is collected, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the engagement and any terms set out in your service agreement. Generally:
- Work that has not yet started may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Work that has been completed or is in progress is generally non-refundable, as it reflects time and resources already committed.
Recurring services
For any ongoing or recurring service, you may cancel future billing by notifying us. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle, and amounts already billed for the current cycle are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your agreement.
